i guess it's actually welsh alt rock night here in windsor. ontario. we have a london, too. windsor is basically south detroit. no royal castles, here. except the old al capone mansion....
i go to lots of shows, right. but, a lot of it is stuff i'm just checking out, or have passively explored a couple of times. there's only been a small handful of shows i've been to this year that are bands i'd actively call myself a fan of.

- melt banana
- ....& the joy formidable, early next week.
this is going to be the first time i've had the chance to really see them in a dedicated show format. so, i'm a little excited.
they have a new record, and it's plenty good, but this is probably the best starting point. i've been listening to all three of them over the last few days....

an unexpected new recording by the future of the left
this is unexpected, actually. i thought they were done.
wiping down the music facebook page
so, to be clear...
i've concluded that this site is completely useless. i'm going to wipe it down. completely. i will then slowly rebuild it here as a cv and elsewhere as a blog.
what that means is:
1) if you want to follow my recording journal writings, they will appear elsewhere. i will post the blog when i'm done wiping this page down.
2) if you *only* want to know when i've released new music, stay subscribed to this page. that's all that will appear here.
3) as i will need to wipe this page down entirely, because i cannot access the timeline directly, i will also need to reconstruct it. so, when i start posting here again, it will be a rapid reconstruction of 1996-2002 material, posted to the correct places on the timeline (so, that will also be from 2013 on).
